Warranty

 

1. The products supplied by the company have a warranty term of 2 years as of the date of purchase. SunnyTent, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any product, part or component covered under this warranty that fails under normal use due to defective materials or workmanship.

The customer / consumer is not entitled to base a claim on this warranty in the event of:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Small marks or wrinkles in the SunnyTent foil due to folding of the material
  • Inexpert, incorrect or careless use
  • Circumstances over which the company has no control, including weather conditions
  • Maintenance which has not been executed or which has been executed incorrectly
  • Damage sustained due to improper storage conditions
  • Changes or repairs by the customer / consumer or by third parties
  • Any government regulation relating to the nature or the quality of the materials applied.

 

2. The conditions of this warranty only apply to the first owner. This warranty is non-transferable and is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

 

3. Customer / consumer needs to keep the original receipt / invoice; this has to be presented with the claim. If the customer / consumer is not able to submit a valid receipt or invoice, a warranty claim cannot be honored.

 

4. In case a manufacturing error occurs within the period of 2 years, customer / consumer can contact SunnyTent via hello@sunnytent.com. SunnyTent will attend to the complaint and request the customer / consumer to send the product and / or photos, for inspection. If the complaint is legitimate and in compliance with the manual / instructions, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned, without additional costs for customer / consumer. In all other cases, repair or replacement costs will be charged to customer / consumer.

 

5. Assumed warranties are only limited to the conditions of this warranty. SunnyTent shall not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from any product failure regardless of the fact whether it is subject to this warranty.

 

6. The warranty does not apply if the product has been subject to neglect, accident, improper use, erroneous installment / assembly, manipulation, failure to follow the manual/video or damaging conditions outside of company’s control, including but not limited to, regular wear and tear, fire, flood, (glazed) frost, snow or other forces of nature. In addition, homemade / self-made adjustments and modifications to the product void the warranty.

 

7. Because the product is outside for a long period of time, it is exposed to wind and weather. As a result, the metal parts can show rust after some time. However, this rust does not in any way interfere with the use of the product and is therefore not covered by the warranty.

 

8. Customer / consumer has to read the manual and installation / assembly instructions, watch the instruction video carefully and follow all the instructions applicable to the assembly / installation and use of the product. Always check the product before and after use. If customer / consumer fails to follow the guidelines, the warranty is void.

 

9. All returns resulting from this warranty must be securely packaged and boxes must be clearly marked with an assigned RA number on the outside. SunnyTent will arrange for all defective products to be returned to its facility at its own expense. Goods returned without an RA number or by an unauthorized carrier will not be accepted. RA numbers can be secured from SunnyTent’s customer service.

 

“EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, SUNNYTENT MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; OR (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.

 

YOUR SUNNYTENT FACILITATES POOL HEATING AND IS NOT INTENDED TO FACILITATE POOL SAFETY AND SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR THIS PURPOSE.”
